Payment Policies
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients’ needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill for most procedures.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks (including hold checks in some instances) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. We also accept CareCredit and Scratchpay. CareCredit and Scratchpay are lines of credit that may be used at many types of medical establishments. Not only do many veterinary clinics accept them, but so do many human medical doctors, dentists, optometrists, etc. If you would like to apply for CareCredit or Scratchpay, simply click the links below or scan the QR code.
